Raw Honey: Nature's Insulin

Truly raw unheated honey that has not been heated above 98 degrees has natural insulin-like properties in it providing enzymes that support numerous processes in the body. Eating little bits throughout the day helps keep sugar levels stable. Watch out though, many labels say “raw honey” even though it has been warmed or heated over 100 degrees to get it to flow into the jars. Once raw honey is heated over 104 degrees, it changes the chemistry destroying these insulin-like properties.


Disease stems from toxicity and deficiencies. In the most simple terms... Diabetes is when the pancreas has been impacted by environmental poisons to the extent that it can no longer function the way it is supposed to function, messing up insulin levels in the body. How do we reverse diabetes? By detoxing the poisons that have damaged the pancreas, by detoxing the dead cells and cellular debris in the pancreas caused by the toxins, and by rebuilding the pancreas.


Eating small bits of raw honey helps to keep insulin levels stable and provides minerals and enzymes that contribute to the rebuilding of new healthy cells. In addition to the raw honey, eating a combination of raw unheated fats and raw or rare meat (such as sushi, carpaccio, ceviche') helps detox and rebuild the pancreas. The raw fat helps with the detoxification process by grabbing and holding the poisons while it moves out of the body, and the raw protein helps with the rebuilding of the new healthy cells. Cooking the protein destroys amino acids so when the pancreas needs the proper combination of amino acids to rebuild itself, it does not have them, and the pancreas continues to degrade. Raw pancreas glandular are also excellent at supporting the rebuilding of the pancreas. Taking the gland of a healthy animal, supports the glands of the unhealthy animal (the human with Diabetes) as it has the nutrients needed for that specific gland.
